Luxury house in village Zvezditza only 8 km from the Black sea coast. The village is only 8 km away from the sea capital of Bulgaria – Varna. Surrounding is is forest, but at the same time there is beautiful panoramic view towards the Varna Lake. Area is famous with its crystal and clear air. The whole property is 900 sq.m, the living area of the house is 400 sq.m.. The house is three storied which are different from each other. The first floor consist of entrance hall, WC, dining room, hall, kitchen, tavern in old Bulgarian style with fireplace, garage and room for heating installation. The second floor consist of: three big bedrooms, two bathrooms and WC`s, room for washing machine, closet, and two terraces. On the third floor there are on big room / 40 sq.m/ which is used for a cabinet, equipped sport saloon, bathroom, WC, and some rooms which may used for bedrooms. The house has electricity, running water, sewerage system, internet, satellite TV. The whole house is constructed from high-strength bricks. The north-east and north- west façades of the house are building from double parallel walls with air pillow between them, which ensure naturally warm, hydro and noisy isolation. All windows are with luxury glass-pack made of PVC material. All the flooring is from Spanish terracotta. The heating system of the house is with a steam - boiler with woods, each room has radiator. The whole first floor has water- flooring heating system which may supply independently or from the steam-boiler. The house has two 150 l boilers for hot water which may supply both by electricity and by the steam-boiler. There is also constructed hydro forming system if the water handing is stopped. The house also has alarm system. On the yard there is constructed summer kitchen with barbecue. The yard is arranged with raigrass and coniferous trees.
