This holiday and recreational complex is situated on the quiet Nessebar bay between the resorts “Sunny beach” and “St. Vlas” and is on 85 m. distance from the sea.
 
Additional information:

In a residential structure are built 25 apartments ranging from 35 sq.m. to 70 sq.m. and one two floors apartment - 244 sq.m. all matching a high international standart. A swimming pool area, children playground, bar area, parking and green areas are also provided.

APARTMENTS:
The individual apartments comprise of a living room with a place for dining, a kitchen, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. All apartments include balconies with a view to the sea. They can be approached by stairs. All the apartments are equipped with antiburglar alarm protection.

CONSTRUCTION MODE AND FITTINGS:
The walls of the apartments are executed with thermo-insulated brickwork. Reinforced concrete is applied only when needed. Apartments have thermo-insulation and are constructed for comfort and energy-saving wise. Roofs are flat and with slopes with adequate thermo-insulation. Solid doors and plastic window frames, equipped with sun-shield rollers are also planned. The walls and the ceiling have clean bright colour surfaces. The wet premises have 2 meters high wall-tile protection. There is also a gypsum machine-made plaster and high quality ceramic floor cover.

MASONRY WORK:
25 cm. block-bricks with full thermo-insulation and reinforced concrete where needed.

EXTERNAL MATERIALS:
Stone-tiles cover and mineral plaster.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING:
The apartments are equipped with air conditions-split system, for heating and cooling. The internal pieces of the air conditional system are located on the flat parts of the roof.

VENTILATION:
According to standart, ventilation for the WC and bathrooms, also in kitchens.

ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY:
The main power supply is from the city power network. Measurement is done for each apartment. Each apartment has an independent electric distribution board with the necessary circuit brakers.

INDIVIDUAL APARTMENT FITTINGS:
Outlets according to the necessary requirements.

LOW-VOLTAGE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM:
Telephone link, internet and fully automatic telephone switch-board.

ANTENNAE INSTALLATION:
Central cable system for the local TV programmes. Outlets to each apartment.

SANITARY INSTALLATION:
Sewage and drainage pipe work installation from the premises leading from the structure to the street, complete with hot/cold water installation to/from all wet premises ( washing machines, WC and kitchen equipment ).
