Second installment - 30 % of the asking price when the second concrete floor is completed
Third installment – 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
Fourth installment – 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received

Plan 2 - % discount subject to agreement

First installment - 90 % of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract
Second installment - 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received
